Company history
Comec-92 LLC was created on the base of the research laboratory "Automation of enterprise management" of the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics. The laboratory was created in 1985, and the research began in 1980.
The first product was the first accounting subsystem in the USSR with modules on the planned technical and economic analysis based on the Soviet mainframe computer ES EVM. The subsystem won two gold and five silver medals at the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (VDNKh).
1980-1985
Government-sponsored research commissioned by the Ministry of Steel Industry of the USSR on the subject “Methods of improving accounting, control and analysis at metallurgical enterprises”.
The method of cost analysis for metallurgical plants, as well as for mining and processing plants, was developed as a result of this research.
1981-1985
Research commissioned by Lebedinsky ore-mining and processing enterprise (Lebedinsky GOK) on the subject “Development and implementation of basic economic tasks of an Industrial Control System”. An accounting automation research laboratory was founded on the order of the USSR Production Association “SOYUZ-RUDA” of June 14, 1981 (director: V.T. Slabinskiy).
The result of the research was the implementation of the first accounting subsystem in the USSR with modules on the planned technical and economic analysis based on the Soviet mainframe computer ES EVM. 1985-1988
Research commissioned by the USSR Scientific Research Institute of Production and Labor Organization in the Ferrous Metallurgy (VNIIOCHERMET) on the subject “Accounting, control and analysis of the economic activities of an enterprise”.
As a result of this research, typical design solutions and software packages were implemented for the accounting subsystem based on the ES EVM computer.
November 3, 1987
The scientific-research laboratory "Automation of economic management of nuclear power plants" (director: V.T. Slabinskiy) was founded on the joint order of the Ministry of Atomic Energy of the USSR and the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR of November 3, 1987.
As a result, the accounting subsystem was deployed at the Orel and Cherepovets steel rolling plants, Novolipetsk, Karaganda and Komunar iron and steel works, Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, Cherkasy Plant of Communication Facilities, “Oktyabr” plant in Tambov, Stary Oskol Plant of Electrical Equipment For The Automotive Industry, Shebekino Machine Building Plant, “Magnit” plant in Kanevskaya, Stary Oskol Plant of Metallurgical Engineering, etc.
1990
Innovation company “Computers and economics” (“Компьютеры и экономика”) was founded as a state small business enterprise.
1990 - present time
Deployment and maintenance of our systems at “Rosenergoatom” Concern JSC and its branches (nuclear power plants in Balakovo, Smolensk, Kursk, Bilibino, Rostov, Kola Nuclear Powers Plant and others), Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works, PAO Severstal, Ministry of Finance of the Moscow Region, etc.
